Description |
Salford Lads' Club boys are seen arriving at London Road Station in Manchester to go to camp in Aberystwyth. On arrival, they are seen washing and presenting themselves for inspection. A bugler calls them all to dinner, the postman delivers letters and they go swimming in the nearby river. A farmer is seen dipping his sheep, and there are scenes of the lads and adults playing cricket, deck tennis, and generally larking about. On the last day, the tents are all taken down, and the lads head for the station and board the train home. |
