Film showing how the Central Lancashire Development Corporation (now known as English Partnerships) hopes to Orchestrate the development of 55 square miles of Central Lancashire. The film is based on the Outline Plan of the Corporation and deals with development under six headings; housing, employment, education, shopping, recreation and transport. Features aerial footage, maps animation and diagrams as well as footage of many places within the Central Lancashire Development Corporation and some outside, such as Lancashire and Liverpool. |
