Description

Magazine-style student production documenting the experiences of two families in the North of England who agree to try out online grocery shopping and compare this to visiting the supermarket in person. The families give their opinions on the pros and cons of both approaches and contributions are given from a sociologist and an online shopping expert. Also shows how an online order is processed, selected and prepared for delivery at a supermarket depot. Ends with ten 'top tips' for a successful online shopping experience.
