Description

Drama produced by the Stockport Amateur Cine Players Club. An old man and his grandchildren living on a barge on the canal are asked for a lift by a young man passing by. The old man agrees, but before they set off, he sends the children off to the shops with the dog, Billy. When they've gone, the young man attacks and robs the old man, tying him up and throwing him over a wall. When the children return, they enlist the help of two passers-by, and Billy the dog leads them to the thief and the money.
