A CWS publicity film showing how the Co-op looks after its employees - a variety of indoor and outdoor sports are shown at the new Manchester sports ground in Moston, such as swimming, hockey, tennis, cricket, football, bowling, gymnastics and boxing. There is a fire drill at a factory; a horticultural show; a magazine for employees called "Ourselves", and a welfare supervisor in each factory. |
