Description |
Varied compilation of scenes showing family footage in the back garden of Willowdale Road with adults playing a game of leapfrog and putting money in a one armed bandit machine. Continues with street scenes from different decades and places- possibly around the Walton area of Liverpool, young girls performing an outdoor dance display and children on slides in a playground. Includes shots of London market stalls, a strong man act performing on the street and Dirty Dick's Wine House in Bishops Gate. Further footage shows the 1951 consecration ceremony of Liverpool's Catholic cathedral, a trip to Llandudno and shots of the North Wales coastline seen from a moving train. |
