Description |
Opens with shots of chimneys at Courtaulds factory in Fulwood, shots of fields and a lane. Continues with aerial footage from a number of sites of the Central Lancashire Development Corporation (now known as English Partnerships), Moss Side, Pope Lane, Cop Lane and Plungington are seen. The British Leyland headquarters and test track are seen at Moss Side Industrial Estate. Housing and warehouses are in evidence, as is road construction. Preston Docks are featured with the River Ribble also visible. |
