Includes views of Anniversary celebrations in Preston, interviews with Edwin, Graham and Simon Booth, and after a brief history of the company, details every part of the business, from the design and layout of stores, through to food production (pizza making, tea blending, coffee roasting, sausage making and wine buying) and in-store cafes. Strong emphasis is made of the family aspects of the business and the quality of Booths products. |
