Footage of a group of 20 mainly Asian women and children conducting an all night vigil outside the Slade Lane Neighbourhood Centre, Levenshulme, Manchester, in support of Rahela and Khalid in their campaign for Khalid to have the right to stay in the UK and marry Rahela against the imposition of the new immigration regulations - the Primary Purpose Rule to restrict the numbers of Asian men coming into the UK. The women are seen chanting and Rahela recites a poem she has composed. |
