Description

A variety of events in Little Lever 1939-41. Includes the opening of a new library 17-8-40, soldiers putting on a display for the crowds, a Whit Friday procession 1939 and snow scenes around the village. Also ARP exercises in the village, such as firefighting and first aid and a procession of servicemen, women and fire-fighters for Weapons Week, Feb 1941.
