Description |
Scenes from Zoe and John's wedding. Mrs Vickerstaff's commentary tells us that the wedding takes place on 28th December 1978 at 3pm. We see Zoe arrive at Stockport Register Office with her step-father James Vickerstaff, and we see people milling about at the register office. There are still images of the wedding and then the couple leave in a shower of confetti to go back to 'Highfield', the bride's home, where the newlyweds are toasted with champagne. In the evening the wedding party go to Derbyshire for a meal, and we see stills from this event. The couple cut the cake. |
