Description |
A film about ICI's development of a wall cavity filling system which binds together the inner and outer layer of bricks in houses to prevent wall collapse. The foam, 'Tyfoam', is created at the request of Cardiff City Council to remedy a chronic problem in their housing stock, and tested on condemned homes in Oldham. The foam is seen being applied to houses while tenants watch the TV undisturbed. |
