Three distinct sequences: Manley Morris Men (using ribbons) and Cotswold Morris Men (using sticks and hankies) perform on a bandstand in Middleton, Bury pace-egg players perform in Bury town centre in front of the town hall and in Fairfield Square (accompanied by Lichfield Morris Men). A procession of numerous morris dancing troupes walk through Manchester from Piccadilly Gardens to Chetham's School of Music. |
