Description |
Film featuring a large whit walk through the streets of Rochdale. Includes shots of the procession walking past the Rochdale Equitable Pioneers Society building, on Eastfield Road. After the procession people are seen chatting and relaxing in a field. Band members sit on the grass next to their instruments, eating sandwiches and drinking; a vicar talks to a group of elderly people and some children participate in running races. The film concludes with brief shots of a bowling match. |
