Description

A publicity film for CWS membership - gloomy George is amazed to find that his friends John and Annie are shareholders in an international enterprise. With the help of the cameraman, George and John are transported to the London warehouses where the tea is imported, tasted, blended, packed and despatched to CWS stores. They are next transported to CWS's Manchester warehouse, and finally return to London by plane. Meanwhile, Annie has been buying tea at the Co-op and, having met up with George and John again, goes to claim her dividend. George decides to become a co-operator.
[The preservation of this film was funded by a grant from the National Heritage Memorial Fund.]
