A rough cut version of the campaign about the cockroach infestation in Gretney Walk tower block in Hulme, Manchester which brings together the different and common points of view of the tenants and local authority departments who talk about the problem of resources and co-ordination. Also covers the involvement of the Manchester Law Centre because of the failure of local authority to deal with the problem of the flats being prejudicial to health and issues of damages. Tenants talk about a range of other problems they have experienced in the flats. |
