Description |
After shots of a tree, Raymond Ryan and his wife drive their Volkswagen in Silecroft, Cumbria, and play golf. Vintage cars are on display. Raymond saws, sands and files a wooden car body at his work bench. Men help transport this, an old MG car is dismantled and this new body afixed. Raymond carves a sign for Chief Executive of Burnley, Brian Whittle. A programme advises the, "Civic Trusts Award 1972," and Raymond is included for his work on the interior of a new craft museum at Towneley Hall. Raymond tours round the museum. There are shots with his wife at home, preparing for a trip, driving at Silecroft, and a lone tree. |
