Description

The Beekeepers Kay Phillips, Richard Searle and John Mouncy discuss the Brew Wild Project in the grounds of Manchester Art Gallery. Next we see the planting of marjoram at the gallery and the planting and sowing of yarrow at Prestwich and Harpurhey. The first batch of the beer is given the taste test, then honey is collected from Jack Hobbs at Kersal Vale in Salford and Adrian Rhodes at Manchester Cathedral before being added to the beer at the Red Willow Brewery in Macclesfield.
