Description |
The film shows scenes from the 1968 Veteran Car Rally which ran from Manchester Town Hall to Blackpool - there are only shots on Quay Street and Irwell Street in Manchester. Veteran cars of all shapes and sizes are seen driving down the road. One breaks down, and can be seen being repaired in the background before re-joining the rally. There are veteran cars, vans, buses, hearses and three wheelers are seen during the film. It ends with an apparently unrelated shot of the country. |
