Footage of a new line for the filling of small one pint oil cans at the Mode Wheel Terminal at Manchester Docks, owned by Esso. Unloading and storage of empty cans, the conveyor to the filling machine and the sealing and packing of full cans are all demonstrated. The line was installed by the Metal Box Co, with equipment supplied by Mather & Platt. |
