A live recording of the popular radio show 'Have A Go' on 27th October 1950 at Colne Municipal Hall featuring Wilfred Pickles as the compere and Violet Carson accompanying on the piano. Carson plays a Steinway piano, sings and talks to the audience. After shots of other male performers at the mic, Pickles talks and jokes with members of the public as he introduces them onto the stage. Includes shots of the audience singing and applauding. |
