Description |
A compilation of Brown family scenes during the 1970s. Begins with child parading with elaborately decorated bicycles and prams on parade in a school yard, followed by a procession of cars dressed for a carnival passing by as people waving. Footage includes a school sports day with children participating in races, children of the family playing in the back garden of their home and riding ponies up and down residential street. Continues with Brown family visits to Southport Pleasureland and a visit to a steam railway museum showing shots of the Flying Scotsman. There are scenes of floats at a number of Adlington carnival, including children aboard the Adlington Playgroup float. Ends with people having a Silver Jubilee street party and the Brown family in a swimming pool at a lido resort. |
