Description

The wedding of Gordon Welch and Margaret Hill in 1938. The wedding party is seen leaving the house in Bowdon and heading to the church. The bride and groom leave the building after the ceremony and the guests are seen at the reception at the Bowden Hotel. The rest of the film features other members of the Hill family; digging in the garden, at Rhyl, having a cliff-top picnic at Bedruthan Steps near Newquay and playing on the beach. The film ends with Margaret and her mother playing with the dog and the cat in the garden.
