Description |
Inside the Walmsley's Ltd factory in Bury, we see men working and close ups of the machinery in operation. The film cuts to street scenes where crowds of people are standing by and looking over the school wall where a bicycle rally is about to begin. School children with numbers on their backs line their bicycles up against the walls. The mayor can be seen leaving the school grounds. Shots of residential houses and of the children cycling through the streets as part of the cycle rally. |
