Description

Members of the Preston Family visit Newcastle-on-Tyne. The film includes busy streetscenes with shots of buses, taxis, a Royal Mail van, single decker trams, Stephenson's Bridge and various activities taking place on the River Tyne. The family also visit the Newcastle-on-Tyne Exhibition and take a trip to Whitley Bay and Tynemouth on board an electric train. Concludes with shots of the beach, seafront and promenade.
