Description

Opening shots of a car packed up to go on holiday - a loaded roof rack and the Wintrobe girls sitting in the car. We then follow the family on their journey to Cornwall through the Clifton Gorge and Suspension Bridge. They stop for a picnic near the roadside: general views of the countryside and cars passing by. We see a map of St Ives and views of the town - the main road; harbour; traffic in the narrow streets; buses; the family wandering about the town and on the crowded beach. The girls paddle in the sea and play in the sand; beach huts can be seen in the distance.
