Description |
Footage of various days out in Lancashire and Yorkshire. There are scenes at Queen Street Mill in Oldham, with people working on old looms and shots of old shuttles. There are also rural scenes of sheep and lambs on a road, shots of deer in a park, and men flyfishing. People are seen relaxing by a river, and there are scenes in Pendle (complete with witchcraft paraphenalia). Two caravan sites are featured, along with scenes in towns, and sequences shot on a canal. The film ends in Haworth, home of the Brontë sisters, with views of buildings associated with the family. |
