Description |
This short documentary is a record of a study support project organised by Manchester City Art Galleries which was held in Feb-May 1999 at the Old Parsonage, a Grade II listed building in Didsbury. A group of children from local schools, together with their parents, discovered new and experimental ways of working under the guidance of artists Janina Cebertowicz, Anneke Pelican and Susan Platt. Their work involved drawing, painting, print-making and sculpture, both inside the historic house and outside in the gardens. At the end, the children talk about the work they have produced and what they have learned from the project. |
