Description

A young man on horseback leads the festival parade with a girls' dance troupe, a marching band and people in fancy dress collecting money for charity and tractor-pulled floats and decorated cars. The Rose Queens pass in a vintage convertible car and horse-drawn carriage. The parade arrives at the showground with the floats followed by the Rose Queen coronation ceremony and the prize giving for the float and fancy-dress competitions. The film ends with children eating in a marquee, as wellas views of flower arrangements and arts and crafts displays.
