Description |
A ceremonial procession through the streets of Lancaster. The judge and other civic dignitaries arrive at a church in a horse-drawn carriage wearing full regalia. The procession moves to the Shire Hall where a crowd of spectators stand watching from the first floor balcony of the hall. |
