Description |
The film contains footage of two separate weddings. In the first wedding the bride (Ruth Dalton) exits a churchyard and boards a horse drawn carriage. Brief shots of a decorated shire horse during Wrightington walking day. In the second wedding we see family and friends arrive at the church soon followed by the bride (Brenda Roocroft). The bride and groom exit the church and have photographs taken. The film cuts to scenes of a pageant held on the grounds of Chatsworth House. We see baby Philip in his pram being entertained by an elderly family member. People (including John and Patricia) dressed as historical figures pass by on horses. |
