Description

A procession including veterans, disabled men, nurses and civic dignitaries. A crowd assembled in a park for a ceremony; soldiers fire a salute; shots of the crowd leaving the park. The park seen at night, illuminated. A bonfire seen. A procession of children, from Audley Council School, in fancy dress; a procession of decorated lorries. Shots of the crowd in the centre of town, and finally shots of a torchlight procession in the park.
