Description |
Footage of a Christmas party on the children's ward of a Salford [?] hospital. The nurses are seen handing out drinks and food to the patients and their families and friends. Most of the children are seen wearing party hats and enjoying themselves as they participate in various games. Some of the children entertain the others by performing a dance routine and singing a song. Includes a shot of the sister answering the telephone at her desk and doing some paperwork. Concludes with a close up shot of a leaflet about Cliff House, a retirement home for ex-marines, situated in Wallasey Cheshire. |
