Description |
The Rose Queen parade is led by a young girl on a horse followed by a boy scout marching band and a dance troupe. Tractors with decorated floats are accompanied by children in fancy dress collecting money for charity and a troupe of Morris dancers. At the Parish Hall the coronation of the Rose Queen is followed by a dance demonstration and the prize giving for the adults and children fancy dress competition The film ends with children dancing around the Maypole. |
