Description |
Footage of various trains and railways around the country. Views from a train leaving Doncaster during World War II. Views of the Ffestiniog Mountain Railway at Port Madoc and Minfford are shown, before footage of the Rendell family travelling to Devon on the Motorail Service. Trains at Kingswear and the Dart Valley Railway at Buckfastleigh, including derelict engines and carriages. The film ends with shots of the Motorail Terminal at Newton Abbott. |
