Description

Film looking at the building of a successful football team, using Manchester United as an example. Sir Matt Busby is interviewed about his post-war team, and explains how he put it together. The current team are seen in training - the individual qualities of each type of player are examined, and the importance of the captain's leadership on the pitch is highlighted. The treatment of injuries to players is seen, and the issue of team discipline is also addressed.
