Description |
Hill walking in the Peak District, a Rose Queen crowning and procession in Hatherlow near Stockport and the Hodkinson family on holiday. A group of ramblers catch a train from Romiley to go hill walking, visiting Speedwell Cavern, Black Tor and Edale. Inside Hatherlow Sunday School, the Rose Queen is crowned and children perform and dance on the stage before a scholars' walk moves through the local streets. In the holiday scenes the family visit Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth before the film concludes with shots of the sights in London. |
