Description

A fire at the Philharmonic Hall is filmed from a rooftop opposite. Firefighters tackle the blaze with water hoses. The fire steadily consumes more of the building and there are shots of the large smoke cloud its generates. There is a close up of the watching crowd, which includes evacuated staff and patients from nearby hospital buildings, and of the burnt out, roof-less Hall.
