Description |
Compilation of family domestic and leisure material, much of it filmed in Cleveleys, on and around the seafront. There is a children's talent contest and scenes from the 'Cleveleys Jolly Tars' shows of 1937 and 1939. There are shots outside Fleetwood's Marine Hall, family scenes in the garden with the dog, fun on the dodgem cars, and an industrial vista with a canal and warehouses. Town streets are decorated for the 1937 Coronation and there are scenes in London, of traffic and people watching a Punch and Judy show. |
