Description

Brief high angle scenes from what appears to be a royal visit to Manchester. After shots of trams and traffic in Piccadilly, people line the street and fill up temporary stands that have been erected by the Victoria statue. Cars pass through before the film ends with shots of the crowd dispersing (there is a camera fault at this point).
