Description

Salford Lads' Club boys are seen arriving at London Road Station in Manchester to go to camp in Aberystwyth. On arrival, the lads go swimming in the river and are seen preparing and eating sausages and mash. Some are seen washing up afterwards. There is a day trip to Aberdovey, where they all go on a steam boat trip, and on return to camp there is a football match. The boys are seen tidying up and getting washed, and some are seen with lambs on a farm. There is footage of boxing matches and various races during the sports day, with casualties receiving first aid afterwards. They visit the beach and are seen packing up and receiving prizes on the last day.
