Description

Shots of scouts at the seaside in Peel and of the harbour. The troop are shown jumping down sand dunes, posing as a group and saluting the Union Jack. Horse-drawn trams are featured outside the Villa Marina in Douglas. Boys and girls are seen competing in various races and tugs-of-war, followed by a prize giving. Scenes of diving into pools and shots of the coastline. Scouts are then seen climbing the rigging and being interviewed on the Royal research ship Discovery, before going sightseeing around London.
