Description

Compilation reel of various activities and events attended by the Preston family in 1935. Includes a naval review of several decorated shipping vessels. Members of the Preston family are given a guided tour around an Ocean liner and the 'Bremen' is seen leaving the docks accompanied by tugboats. Further scenes include a carnival procession in Reddish - Lower Mosley Street bus station in Manchester - the Preston family drinking tea in their garden at Glengarry in Stockport - various high angle shots of streets decorated with flags, bunting and streamers to celebrate the Silver Jubilee.
