Film of the visit of Michael Heseltine, Secretary of State for the Environment, to various locations developed by the Central Lancashire Development Corporation (now known as English Partnerships). Mr Heseltine and the official party, including Sir Frank Pearson (Chairman of the CLDC) are seen at Clayton Grenn, Sherwood, Pope Lane and Astley Village. They meet a family at their house and tour various houses and shopping areas. |
