Description |
A promotional film for Hodson Machinery of Bury, Lancashire who specialise in machinery for the rubber industry. We see the owner Ron Hodson and his brother Derek looking over plans, then the drawing office and engineering scenes. We follow part of a rubber mill through various stages of rebuilding such as milling, fabricating and welding. The rebuilt mill is then thoroughly tested before being transported to any world-wide destination. The film ends with scenes of a rebuilt rubber mill at work for Hondura Ltd in Keighley in Yorkshire. |
