Description |
Chief Scout, Lord Rowallan, visits the North East Lancashire County Scout Rally at Huntroyde Park in Padiham on the weekend of June 28th and 29th 1947. Boy scouts line up near tents as the Chief Scout arrives. He chats to some of the boys then talks to leaders in a mess tent before leaving the site in an open-topped car, waving his hat to the crowd. |
