Description |
The film starts with shots of a model of Salford University campus site then the Duke of Edingburgh does a walking tour of the University. The Prince visits the Peel building as well as the science, computing and physical education laboratories. Views of Peel Park and the exteriors of various university buildings are followed by a brief history of the 'Royal College' and the foundation of the University. After brief shots of a graduation ceremony Prince Philip leaves the campus onboard a helicopter. |
