Description |
Royal visit to Liverpool in 1913 - George V, Queen Mary and the Prince of Wales (future Edward VIII) are seen arriving at St George's Hall by carriage. After an appearance on the balcony, there is a march past of territorial and auxiliary forces on St George's Plateau before the Royal party move on to the Old Tournament Hall on Edge Lane. Their final visit of the day is to see the Mauretania in dock - there are scene on board ship, and out into the Mersey. |
