Very rough seas are seen at Rossall near Blackpool, during repair work to the sea wall. A Mayor-making ceremony takes place at Fleetwood town hall, and HMS Fleetwood is seen at Dartmouth and the Wyre Dock. A civic visit - possibly from Fleetwood - is seen on the deck of the battleship. |
