Description

The final minutes of the Ahmed Ullah demonstration in Manchester, 23 March 1987, followed by the picket outside the Manchester Magistrates Court, Crown Square on the day when Ahmed Ullah's murderer was in court. There are about 30 Asian and white youths shouting slogans led by Kabir Sheikh. Interviews with some young women who speak about the cover-up by the media and attempts to deny the racist nature of the murder. Some young people speak about the racism they have experienced in school and differing attitudes in schools to allowing them to attend the picket.
